Q2 2024 Performance of Top Dinosaur Games on Android in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, dinosaur-themed games continued to captivate Android users in the United States. Compiled data from Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into the performance of the top contenders in this genre.

Jurassic World™: The Game by Jam City, Inc. showed a steady flow of revenue, peaking at $140K in the second week of April, with a gradual decline to $60K by the end of June. Downloads spiked to 67K in mid-May, while weekly active users (WAU) saw their highest at 445K in early June.

De-Extinction: Jurassic, a newcomer from SeaMo Entertainment, entered the arena with a revenue of $66K in its first week post-release. Although it experienced fluctuations, it ended the quarter with $38K. The game's downloads started strong at 67K, but gradually decreased, while WAUs grew from 10K to 25K between May and June.

Jurassic World Alive, another Jam City, Inc. title, saw its revenue range from $53K to $30K over the quarter. Downloads reached a high of 52K mid-April, and WAUs peaked at 429K, with an upswing to 369K by the quarter's end.

Mecha Domination: Rampage by 37GAMES, despite not generating revenue in its first week, jumped to $70K by the end of April. Downloads remained steady around the 40K mark each week, and WAUs increased from 76K to 104K, indicating solid user retention.

Lastly, Ulala: Idle Adventure from X.D. Global had a mixed quarter with no downloads reported but a revenue that bounced back to $46K in the last week of June after a zero-revenue week in April. Due to the absence of download and active user data, the focus remains on the revenue figures.
